Onlinemathz DMCA Copyright Policy
Onlinemathz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, as well as third parties, to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), and Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, a copyright owner or its agent may serve Onlinemathz's designated DMCA agent (“Designated Agent”) with a take-down notice. Onlinemathz endeavors to respond diligently to all claims of copyright infringement alleged to have been committed using Onlinemathz's services.
Proper DMCA Notification (“Notice”)
For Notice to be effective, the copyright owner or its authorized agent must submit written notification of the alleged infringement occurring on or through Onlinemathz's website to Onlinemathz's Designated Agent and provide the following information:
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • A description of the alleged infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit Onlinemathz to locate the material;
  • Information sufficient for Onlinemathz to contact the copyright owner or authorized agent including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material as used is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement that the information provided in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
